Customer Service Agent (Evening)

As a relationship manager, the goal is to strive to provide the best customer service possible, as you are the face of the brand.  At Elsolution, borrowers have personal contact with agents who know their situation. The agents job is to help borrowers get loans and assist them through the repayment process.

Hours: Evening shift 11:30 am - 8 pm; Saturdays 9 am-6 pm

Loan Servicing Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst Manager for Loan Servicing, you will partner with senior members of our operations teams in support of three primary activities -- loan servicing, vendor management, and accounting.

To succeed, you will bring an incredible detail orientation and organizational skills and possess the ability to think logically and analytically.  You should have a demonstrable track-record of success in some capacity; related business experience in the financial arena is nice but not a prerequisite.


Provide Loan Servicing support:

  • Drive continued improvement in processing transactions, and implement more efficient ways of assessing data quality
  • Leads a small loan servicing team of three or more loan servicing agents who manage the transaction process, both loan disbursements and loan payments, to make sure that customers receive their funds and that we are billing them correctly
  • Run reports to drive the transfers of funds and to lead to loan servicing process improvements
  • Support the call center agents for a variety of actions (refunds, settlements, etc.)

Assist with Vendor Management activities:

  • Work with Legal, Accounting, and department managers to develop internal vendor management processes and policies
  • Assist with research on vendor management platforms
  • Once a platform is selected, help integrate it into the vendor management process

Act as a backup to our Accounting department:

  • Assist the accounting team with expense reporting, QuickBooks, bank reconciliations, data processing
  • Maintain the accounting calendar for tax and other regulatory filings
  • Assist Accounts Payable, including coding, entry, and vendor outreach and management

Qualifications include:

  • Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must; SQL and/or R experience is a plus; Qualified candidates will test Excel skills before advancing to next interview round.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, and/or a strong interest in these domains; Relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered
  • Ability to think logically and analytically; an eye for data quality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute must
  • Management and training experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated track record of success in some capacity
  • Loan servicing or financial services experience is a plus
  • Accounting experience or exposure is a plus
  • Will consider remote candidates open to traveling to Belcourt, ND as needed
